Class Plastic May 2016 Market Survey Results

As part of Class Plastics commitment to continual improvement recently surveyed across its 700-client database and plan to undertake this research yearly, to ensure customers have this opportunity to provide much valued feedback.

The key findings are:

Class Plastics achieved an impress Recommendation Net Promoter Score of 47 vs. the average of33 score placing Class Plastics in the top 50-75% rankings

In term of overall satisfaction Class Plastics was ranked as achieving over expectation in customer service at 60%, product range 44% and providing competitive pricing at 17%

These results confirm that Class Plastics are meeting evolving customer needs and some these comments confirm this:

“No as prompt efficient service met my needs”

“I like that fact that due to our long term contract set our pricing and at the end we get to talk because we have to renegotiate.”

“Keep up the great customer service”

“I think you guys do a fabulous job and we intend continuing with doing business with you for as long as we require plastic containers”
