October 2010 New Victorian manufacturing facility becomes operational – not one customer missed an order or a delivery during the move – a big thanks to the team.
We always knew closing down the old factory, moving all the equipment and starting up at our new premises was going to be a big process. The time from shut down to restart was 10 days and thanks to plenty of organisation and lots of communication with you, our customers, we continued to meet all your needs; not one order was missed. Building up stock levels, early deliveries and planning helped, but more importantly was your communication to us about what you needed at the time that really helped – so thank you!
